MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Terms and Conditions for What She Said Ltd.

1. Membership

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to membership in What She Said Collective ("the Community") and may be amended or updated from time to time.

1.2 Membership to the Community is free of charge.

1.3 We welcome individuals who identify as female or non-binary. While our content is primarily tailored for service-based solo entrepreneurs, membership is open to all who find value in our community.

1.4 All members must agree to and comply with our Code of Conduct.

2. Events, Workshops, and Training

2.1 The Community may offer events, workshops, and training that carry separate charges. These are not included in the free membership.

2.2 Fees for such activities will be clearly communicated before registration.

2.3 Payment for these activities does not constitute or replace Community membership.

3. Membership Termination

3.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend membership at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Members may terminate their membership at any time by contacting hello@whatshesaid.uk

4. Your Information

4.1 The personal and/or company details you provide are maintained in our database in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.2 You have the right to access and update the information we hold about you.

5. Communication

5.1 By becoming a member, you agree to receive communications from the Community, including newsletters and updates.5.2 You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content provided by the Community, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of What She Said Ltd and protected by copyright laws.

7. Liability

7.1 We have no liability for any loss or damage that any person (including any member or potential member) might suffer arising from:

   • Termination or lapse of membership

   • Withdrawal of membership benefits in accordance with these Terms

   • Actions or misconduct of other community members or potential members

8. Changes to Terms

8.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

 

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
